Hi all,
If you are interested in an affordable beach front lot, you should take a look at this video.
It is a very sweet deal.
The video also includes Google Earth and Map images. This should give you a good context on the lot’s location.
There is a link below the video if you want more information about the property. And, of course, we are always happy to answer your questions by phone or email.

Hi-I want to specialize in building earhquake-proof houses. Does building houses in Panama require a lot of fees, signoffs, etc? Are there strict building codes? My houses are a unique design-not made of wood, not square or rectangular, etc. Any info would be helpful, thanks
Hi Steve,
Thanks for your patience awaiting my reply. I was unavoidably delayed.
There are not alot of strict building codes in Panama. You do need a building permit, but the fees are not high and there are not many sign offs. Most house are not made of wood in Panama. I don’t think you would have an issue. But you may want to talk with an engineer about your design specifically.
OK, but I’ve thought of one more thing. I’ve been following the drought that looks like it’s tryiong to swalloe Central America.I’ve noticed that the Azuero is getting drier. Any drought
worries where you are?
Hi Steve,
Well, last rainy season in our area had the most rain in a very long time.November’s rain broke records.
So, currently no drought here.

I’m afraid to live rioght ON the beach, but want to buy land on a hill, near the beach. Have you got anything like that, say, an acre, for less than 10K?
We do have 2 such properties, but they are more than $10K.
