We set these terms after listening to client requests and comparing other owner-financing offers in the area. They are fair and competitive.
Bank mortgages
Bank loans for foreigners in Panama are slow and hard to get, though recently a little easier. Banks only lend on titled property, so a bank mortgage is not available for ROP (non-titled) property.

Reserve a property for 60 days for $1,000 while you review the details, then choose owner financing or your own funds.
