It is a popular area in the Corazon de Jesus neighborhood. In fact, already half the lots on this block are owned by expats.
And it is a pretty large lot measuring 7233 sq. feet (672 sq. meters). So you could easily build a bigger house on it.

We will do it for free, if you buy the lot.
Cost to do it and haul away: $400 – $500.
I am trying to decide on this property or the land that isn’t build on. Posted about it yesterday. Which do you think would be better for trying to be close to the beach and a possible ocean view?

The Nicolas lot,the one with no house on it, definitely has a better ocean view potential.
It is physically closer to the beach. Nicolas lot is also significantly bigger than the other property.
Right now it is definitely selling under its value potential.
Keep in mind that, using the official access routes to the beach, both lots are the same distance away from the beach.
That is, alittle under 100 yards stroll away. I mistyped the distance as 50 yards in a different reply.
Please know that the driveway to the Nicolas lot is a shared access.
